Director General, Medical Education & Training (DGME), Uttar Pradesh has released the schedule for the second round of online counselling for UP NEET UG 2026. The counselling will be conducted for admission to MBBS and BDS courses in government and private medical and dental colleges/universities in Uttar Pradesh.
As per the notification dated September 11, 2026, online registration for the second round will begin on September 14, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Candidates will be able to complete registration until September 17, 2026, at 11:00 AM.

Registration for UP NEET UG Round 2 Starts September 14
Candidates who wish to participate in the second round of UP NEET UG 2026 counselling will have to complete their online registration within the prescribed period.
The registration window will open on September 14 at 5:00 PM and close on September 17 at 11:00 AM. Candidates should ensure that they complete the registration process before the deadline.
Fee and Security Deposit Facility
The schedule also specifies a separate deadline for depositing the registration fee and security fee. The payment facility will remain available from September 14 at 5:00 PM until September 17 at 2:00 PM.
Candidates should complete the required payment within the specified timeline to remain eligible for the subsequent counselling process.
UP NEET UG 2026 Round 2 Choice Filling
After the merit list is declared on September 17, 2026, eligible candidates will be able to participate in online choice filling.
The choice-filling window will open from 5:00 PM on September 17 and remain available until 5:00 PM on September 19, 2026.
Candidates should carefully fill and lock their preferred MBBS and BDS colleges and courses according to their eligibility, category, rank and preferences.
UP NEET UG Round 2 Seat Allotment Result
The second-round seat allotment result is scheduled to be declared on September 21, 2026.
Candidates allotted seats in Round 2 will then be required to proceed with the admission process as per the instructions issued by the counselling authorities.
The allotment letters and admission process will be conducted from September 22 to September 25, 2026.
