Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University (HNBUMU) has released the provisional list of admitted and float candidates after Round 1 and Round 2 of Uttarakhand NEET UG Counselling 2026.
The notice states that the list was published after completion of the Round 2 admission process, with September 19, 2026 being the last date of admission. A total of 1,112 candidates have been included in the provisional admitted/float list.

According to HNBUMU, the published list contains candidates who have either been provisionally admitted or selected as Float candidates following the first and second rounds of counselling. The candidate-wise list provides details including:

The university has clarified that the table is a State Quota summary; the complete candidate list also contains All India Open Quota allotments in private medical and dental colleges.
MBBS and BDS Candidates Included
The published list covers both MBBS and BDS allotments.
For example, the list contains MBBS allotments at VCSG Institute of Medical Science and Research, Srinagar Garhwal, as well as BDS allotments at Seema Dental College, Rishikesh and Uttaranchal Dental College.
The list also distinguishes between candidates marked “ADMITTED” and those marked “Selected Float.”
What Does the Float Status Mean?
The HNBUMU list separately identifies candidates with “Selected Float” status. These candidates remain reflected in the counselling list with their allotted college, course, quota and Round 2 status.
Candidates should check their individual entry in the official PDF to understand their exact allotment and admission status.
Mandatory Verification of Domicile and Category Certificates
HNBUMU has also issued an important instruction for candidates who obtained admission using domicile/residence and category/sub-category reservation benefits.
Such candidates will be required to undergo mandatory verification of their domicile/residence certificates and category/sub-category certificates through the concerned districts.
The university has further clarified that the reservation policy is not implemented on All India Quota seats of private medical and dental colleges.

- Search for your name or NEET roll number.
- Check your NEET rank and marks.
- Verify the allotted college and course.
- Check the allotted quota and category.
- Check whether the admission status is shown as ADMITTED or Selected Float.
