Atal Medical & Research University (AMRU), Himachal Pradesh, has released the revised tentative schedule for the 3rd Round of MBBS/BDS Counselling 2026-27. The revised schedule has been issued following the revised counselling schedule received from the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), DGHS, New Delhi.
The 3rd round counselling will include fresh registration, publication of merit lists, vacancy display, choice filling and locking, provisional and final seat allocation, followed by reporting at the allotted college.
AMRU is conducting the state counselling for MBBS and BDS admissions in Himachal Pradesh. The university’s official website is currently publishing 2026 MBBS/BDS counselling-related notices and schedules.

Fresh Registration Starts on September 22
Candidates who wish to participate in the third round will be required to fill the fresh online counselling application form between September 22 and September 27, 2026.
Following registration, AMRU will publish the provisional merit list on September 29 and the final merit list on September 30, 2026.
Vacancy Position to Be Displayed on October 1
The vacancy position for the third round will be displayed on October 1, 2026. Candidates will then be able to fill and lock their preferences for course, college and quota from October 1 to October 4.
Candidates should carefully arrange their choices according to their preferred courses and colleges before locking them.
HP NEET UG Round 3 Seat Allotment
AMRU will release the provisional seat allocation result on October 6, 2026. The final seat allocation result is scheduled to be published on October 8, 2026.
Candidates allotted seats in the final allocation will have to complete the joining process at the allotted college on October 12 or October 13, 2026.
