Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak has issued a public notice regarding the physical document verification for Round 1 of admission to MBBS/BDS courses for the Academic Session 2026-27.
As per the notice dated 02 September 2026, candidates who have been provisionally allotted seats must appear in person with their original documents/certificates for verification before the Admission Committee as per the prescribed schedule.
Category-Wise Document Verification Schedule
The physical document verification will be conducted according to the allocated category as follows:

Candidates are required to appear in person on the date assigned to their respective category. The notice clearly states that candidates failing to appear as required will not be considered.
Provisional Tuition Fee Payment Window
The university has also opened the facility for payment of the provisional tuition fee online through the admission web portal only.
The payment window will remain open from:
02 September 2026 to 05 September 2026, up to 5:00 PM.
Candidates should complete the fee payment within the prescribed deadline through the admission web portal.
Reporting and Document Verification Venue
The physical document verification will be conducted at:
Sushruta Auditorium, Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak
Candidates are required to report at the venue from 9:00 AM with all relevant original documents and certificates.
The university has also mentioned that the last date of reporting at the allotted institutes is 04 September 2026 up to 6:00 PM.
Important Instructions for Candidates
Candidates must appear with their original documents/certificates for physical verification. Failure to produce the required documents may result in the candidate not being considered for admission.
The university has advised candidates to check the previously issued public notices regarding the list of documents required at the time of physical document verification.
Candidates belonging to BCA/BCB categories have been instructed to bring their Non-Creamy Layer Certificate as per the Government of Haryana notification dated 16 July 2024, issued on or after 01 April 2026.
Similarly, candidates belonging to SC/SC-D/ESM/FF/EWS/PwBD categories must bring their respective caste/category certificates as per the Government of Haryana notification dated 27 August 2026.

The university has advised aspiring candidates to regularly visit the official admission web portal for updates related to the counselling and admission process.
Candidates should carefully follow the category-wise verification schedule, complete the provisional tuition fee payment within the stipulated period and carry all required original documents to avoid any difficulty during the admission process.
