Jharkhand NEET UG Counselling 2026 Revised Round 2 Seat Matrix Released

Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) has released the Revised Seat Matrix for Round 2 of Online Counselling for admission to MBBS, BDS and BHMS courses based on the NEET UG 2026 State Merit List.

The revised seat matrix lists 415 vacant seats across government and private medical, dental and homoeopathic institutions in Jharkhand. The matrix includes category-wise vacancies under UR, ST-PwD? Actually, the PDF categories are UR, ST_PTG, ST, SC, BC-I, BC-II and EWS.

The revised matrix has been issued for State Quota seats in MBBS, BDS and BHMS courses on the basis of the NEET UG 2026 result and the state merit list.

Which Colleges Have the Highest Vacancies?

Among the listed institutions, Awadh Dental College & Hospital, Jamshedpur has the highest number of BDS vacancies with 78 seats, followed by Hazaribagh College of Dental Sciences & Hospital with 68 seats.

For BHMS, Government Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Paraspani, Godda has 54 vacant seats.

For MBBS, Netaji Subhas Medical College and Hospital, Adityapur has 41 seats, followed by RIMS Ranchi with 26 seats and Laxmi Chandravansi Medical College & Hospital with 19 seats.

Round 2 Counselling Covers MBBS, BDS and BHMS

The revised matrix is specifically for State Quota seats in MBBS, BDS and BHMS courses. JCECEB has separately published information relating to Round 2 counselling, including the state merit list, provisional seat matrix and other eligibility-related lists.

JCECEB’s official counselling page also lists a revised schedule for Round 2 online counselling for MBBS, BDS and BHMS courses under its August 31 notification.

Candidates participating in Round 2 should therefore check the revised seat matrix before finalising or modifying their college and course preferences.
