Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the final seat allotment results for Round 1 of UGNEET 2026 for admission to Medical (MBBS) and Dental (BDS) courses. The final results were published on August 28, 2026, following the completion of the provisional allotment and objection process.
The final allotment lists have been released separately for MBBS and BDS candidates. Candidates who participated in Karnataka UGNEET 2026 Round 1 can now check their allotted college, course, category and other admission details in the respective final allotment PDFs.
Karnataka UGNEET 2026 Round 1 Final Result
KEA had earlier published the second provisional Round 1 allotment after re-running the allotment process following the cancellation of certain seats by candidates who opted to exit KEA counselling after accepting MCC Round 1 seats.
After considering the applicable objections, KEA has now published the final Round 1 seat allotment results for Medical and Dental courses.
The official MBBS allotment document contains 617 pages, while the BDS final allotment list contains 129 pages. The allotment lists provide details such as All India Rank, course code, allotted college, course, allotted category, course fee and allotment status.
Choice Selection for Allotted Candidates
As per the KEA notice, the CHOICES selection portal for Medical and Dental courses will be enabled from:
August 28, 2026, at 4:00 PM to September 2, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
Candidates should carefully exercise the applicable choice, Choice-1, Choice-2, Choice-3 or Choice-4 within the prescribed timeline.
Payment and Reporting Schedule
For candidates opting for Choice-1, the next steps include downloading the Seat Confirmation Slip, payment of the prescribed fee and reporting to the allotted college.

Candidates Must Select Their Choice
After checking the final allotment result, candidates should log in to the KEA counselling portal and select the appropriate choice according to their admission status and future counselling plans.
Candidates allotted a seat and intending to proceed with admission should carefully read the instructions applicable to their selected choice before completing the process.
The Seat Confirmation Slip is particularly important for candidates proceeding under Choice-1, as it is required for the subsequent fee payment and reporting process.
MBBS Final Allotment List
The final MBBS allotment list includes candidates allotted seats across government and private medical colleges in Karnataka.
The list contains allotments to institutions including Bangalore Medical College, Mysore Medical College, Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences, Hubli, Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Medical Sciences, Bengaluru, and several other participating institutions.
Candidates should search the PDF using their All India Rank or other available details to identify their allotment.
BDS Final Allotment List
KEA has also released the separate final Round 1 BDS seat allotment list. Candidates who participated in UGNEET 2026 Dental counselling should check the BDS PDF for their allotted college, category and course details.
