What Does the Choice-2 List Mean?
KEA’s PDFs specifically state that the listed seats are Choice-2 seats allotted in the first round. If a higher-order seat is allotted in the second round, the first-round seat will be considered for allotment.
Therefore, candidates should carefully understand that these documents are seat-allocation lists showing the seats covered by the Choice-2 process, rather than a candidate-name-wise Round 2 final result.
