Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the Revised Second Round Provisional Seat Allotment Results for UGNEET 2026 for admission to Medical and Dental courses.
The revised results were published on 15 September 2026 after KEA re-ran the second-round allotment process by considering the Choice-4 exit options exercised by candidates who were not interested in continuing in the KEA counselling process.
According to the official notification dated 15 September 2026, the revised provisional allotment has been prepared based on merit, candidates’ options and the seats made available after considering Choice-4 exits.
Why Has KEA Released Revised Results?
KEA had initially published the Second Round Provisional Seat Allotment Results on 11 September 2026. Candidates who were allotted seats through both MCC and KEA and did not wish to continue with KEA counselling were given the option to exit the KEA counselling process by exercising Choice-4.
The deadline for exercising the exit option was 14 September 2026. After considering these Choice-4 exits, KEA conducted the second-round allotment again and published the Revised Second Round Provisional Results on 15 September 2026.

- Cutoff-related discrepancy
- Options were entered but no seat was allotted
- Other specific issues concerning the revised provisional allotment
Objections must be sent along with proper justification to the email address mentioned by KEA: keauthority-ka@nic.in. The deadline for submitting objections is before 9:00 AM on 16 September 2026.
No Objection for Non-Entry of Options
KEA has specifically clarified that candidates whose seats were not allotted because they did not enter the relevant options should not submit objections on this ground.
The notification also states that change of options will not be allowed at this stage.
Revised MBBS and BDS Allotment Lists
KEA has released separate revised provisional allotment lists for:
UGNEET 2026 Second Round Revised Provisional MBBS Allotment List
UGNEET 2026 Second Round Revised Provisional BDS Allotment List
Candidates should check the appropriate list using their NEET rank/application details and allotted college/course.
What Happens Next?
The revised result is still provisional. KEA will examine the objections received from candidates and will subsequently declare the Second Round Final Seat Allotment Result.
Therefore, candidates should carefully check the revised allotment before the objection deadline and submit a representation if they find a genuine discrepancy.
