Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) has released the revised Round 2 counselling schedule for admission to MBBS and BDS courses under State Quota seats for the academic session 2026-27.
The revised schedule, issued through Notice dated September 9, 2026, has been released following modifications in the MCC counselling schedule for All India Quota seats and the revised State Quota schedule published on August 27, 2026. The schedule covers state merit list preparation, choice filling, provisional seat allotment, final allotment, withdrawal/resignation and provisional admission.

Revised Odisha NEET UG Round 2 Registration Schedule
Candidates seeking inclusion in the State Merit List for Round 2 counselling were allowed to register from September 7 at 11:30 AM to September 8, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
Following registration, OJEE will publish the Provisional Revised State Merit List on September 9 at 7:00 PM.
Candidates will then have an opportunity to raise queries related to the provisional revised merit list on September 10 at 10:00 AM.
The final 2nd Round State Merit List is scheduled to be published on September 10 at 11:30 AM.
Choice Filling and Locking on September 10–11
Candidates included in the State Merit List will be able to participate in the choice-filling process from:
September 10, 2026, at 2:30 PM to September 11, 2026, at 4:00 PM.
Candidates should carefully arrange their preferred MBBS and BDS colleges/courses before submitting and locking their choices.
Since the allotment will be based on the choices submitted by eligible candidates, candidates should review their preferences carefully before the choice-locking deadline.
Round 2 Provisional Seat Allotment on September 12
The 2nd Round Provisional Seat Allotment is scheduled to be published on September 12, 2026, at 5:30 PM.
Candidates will be able to check their provisional allotment status after the result is published.
OJEE has also provided a window for candidates to raise queries related to the provisional allotment. Such queries can be submitted by September 13, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
Final Round 2 Allotment on September 13
After consideration of queries related to the provisional allotment, the 2nd Round final allotment and allotment letter download facility are scheduled for September 13, 2026, at 7:30 PM.
Candidates who receive a seat allotment should download their allotment letter and follow the admission instructions within the prescribed timeline.
Admission and Reporting from September 16
Candidates allotted seats in Round 2 will be required to complete provisional admission by paying the applicable admission fees and reporting at the OJEE Cell, Gandamunda, along with the required original documents and signed bond.
The reporting/admission window is scheduled from:
September 16 to September 19, 2026.
Candidates should ensure that all required documents and admission formalities are completed within the specified period.
Withdrawal or Resignation Deadline
The revised schedule also mentions a deadline for withdrawal or resignation from the counselling process.
As per the notice, the withdrawal/resignation facility is available up to September 12, 2026, at 9:00 AM.
Candidates considering withdrawal should carefully check the applicable counselling rules and consequences before submitting their request.
Third Round Schedule to Be Announced Later
OJEE has clarified that the 3rd Round counselling activity schedule will be published in due course of time.
Candidates should therefore continue to monitor the official OJEE website for subsequent notices and updates.
