Office of the Chairman, State UG Counselling Board, Rajasthan, has released the Round 3 schedule for NEET UG Medical/Dental Counselling 2026 for MBBS and BDS admissions.
The notification, dated September 19, 2026, has been issued in compliance with the Round 3 schedule released by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). The counselling schedule includes fresh registration, application fee payment, merit list publication, security deposit, choice filling and locking, seat allotment, fee payment and reporting.

Fresh Registration Starts on September 23
Fresh candidates can start the online registration process on September 23, 2026. Candidates are required to complete both Part 1 and Part 2 of the application form.
The notification specifically states that already registered candidates do not need to register again.
Candidates who registered in Round 1 or Round 2 but did not complete Part 2 can complete it during this process.
Important Rule for Round 2 Candidates
Candidates who were allotted or upgraded to a seat in Round 2 but did not join/report to the allotted seat, and whose security amount was forfeited, will have to register/fill the fresh application, deposit the required application fee and deposit the security amount again, wherever applicable, if they want to participate in Round 3.
Candidates falling under the specified eligibility clause for non-domicile Rajasthan candidates will also need to complete the applicable registration/application process.
Rajasthan NEET UG Round 3 Security Deposit
The notification specifies the following security deposits:

The security deposit window is scheduled from September 24 to October 7, 2026, with the deadline at 5:00 PM on October 7.
Candidates depositing ₹2,00,000 or ₹5,00,000 will automatically become eligible to fill choices for Government Medical/Dental Colleges, Government Society Medical Colleges, RUHS CMS, RUHS CDS, ESIC Medical College and Private Dental Colleges, as applicable under the notification.
Application Fee for Fresh Candidates
The notification states that fresh candidates must pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹2,500.
For SC, ST and ST-STA category candidates who are Rajasthan state domicile, the application fee is ₹1,500, along with applicable transaction charges.
Already registered candidates do not need to submit the application or pay the application fee again, subject to the conditions mentioned in the notification.
Choice Filling and Locking
The choice filling process will be available from September 24 to October 7, 2026.
Candidates must carefully fill and lock their preferred colleges and courses. The notification states that choices will be auto-locked at 11:45 PM on October 7, 2026.
Candidates participating in Round 3 have been advised to consider both real and virtual vacancies, as virtual vacancies may arise due to upgradation of candidates from earlier rounds or other changes during the allotment process.
Rajasthan NEET UG Round 3 Seat Allotment
The counselling authority will publish the Round 3 results in multiple stages:
- Indicative allotment: October 9, 2026
- Provisional allotment: October 10, 2026
- Allotment letter printing: October 11–15, 2026
The allotment letter printing facility will be disabled at 12:30 PM on October 15, 2026.
Fee Payment and Reporting
Candidates allotted seats in Round 3 will have to deposit the prescribed one-year tuition fee from October 11 to October 15, 2026.
The fee payment deadline is 12:30 PM on October 15.
After allotment, candidates must report to the allotted college for document submission and admission formalities. The notification specifies reporting from October 11 to October 15, 2026, with reporting scheduled from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM during the specified period.
Candidates are required to carry the allotment letter, original documents, required bonds, application form copies and other documents prescribed in the information bulletin.
Defence, Para-Military and NRI Candidates
Candidates belonging to the Defence, Para-Military and NRI categories are required to appear physically for certificate verification before admission.
The notification schedules this verification for October 5, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, at the Academic Block, SMS Medical College, Jaipur, as per the applicable notification.
Candidates Should Check the Official Counselling Website
Candidates are advised to read the Rajasthan NEET UG 2026 information bulletin, college information sheets and fee structure before participating in Round 3 counselling.
The counselling authority has also stated that the programme for subsequent rounds will be announced later on the official website.
