State CET Cell, Maharashtra has released the revised schedule for CAP-1 of MBBS/BDS (Group A) courses for the academic year 2026–27. The schedule has been revised following the extension granted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) for All India Quota counselling.
The revised schedule covers the grievance period, fresh registration, fee payment, document submission, verification, merit lists, choice filling, CAP Round 1 declaration and physical joining at the allotted college.

Registration and Fee Payment
Candidates who have not registered earlier can complete the online registration and session application from August 20 at 8:00 PM to August 21, 2026, at 8:00 PM. The registration fee payment facility will remain available until 10:00 PM on August 21.
Candidates must also upload and submit the required coloured scanned copies of original documents by 11:59 PM on August 21, 2026. The notice cautions that candidates must click the “Submit” option after uploading all required documents; otherwise, their application may be rejected.
Merit List and Choice Filling
The revised registered candidate list and revised provisional merit list for Group A are scheduled to be published on August 23, 2026. Candidates eligible to submit grievances can do so on August 24 until 5:00 PM, along with the necessary supporting documents.
The final merit list and seat matrix will be published on August 25, 2026. Following this, the online choice/preference filling process will be conducted from August 26 to August 29, 2026, up to 5:30 PM.
The CAP Round 1 result/declaration for Group A is scheduled for August 30, 2026.
Physical Joining by September 4
Candidates allotted seats in CAP Round 1 will have to complete physical joining at the allotted college with all original documents and the required fee/DD between August 31 and September 4, 2026, up to 5:30 PM.
The State CET Cell has stated that the schedule is subject to change based on directions from authorities including the MCC, AACCC, Central Government, State Government or Hon’ble Court.
