Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPUGMEC), Gujarat has announced the schedule for Gujarat NEET Counselling 2026 Online Registration for the Second Round of counselling for admission to MBBS and BDS courses for the academic year 2026–27.
The registration process is intended for eligible candidates seeking admission to Government, Grant-in-Aid and Self-Financed Medical and Dental Colleges in Gujarat under the applicable admission categories.

Who Can Participate?
The second-round registration is open to students who have passed the Class 12 Science examination with the required PCB/AB group subjects from the Gujarat Board or from a school affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), Cambridge University or National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), and who have qualified NEET UG 2026.
Candidates must also fulfil the eligibility criteria prescribed under the admission rules and relevant Government regulations.
PIN Purchase and Online Registration
Candidates seeking to participate in the second round must first purchase the online PIN through the official ACPUGMEC website.
The PIN purchase facility will remain available from September 1 to September 4, 2026, up to 12:00 Noon.
After purchasing the PIN, eligible candidates can complete their online registration within the same period.
Candidates are advised to enter their information carefully and ensure that the details submitted during registration are correct.
Document Verification from September 2
Candidates who complete online registration will have to complete document verification and submission of photocopies of the required documents at the designated Help Center.
The document verification facility will be available from September 2 to September 5, 2026, up to 12:00 Noon.
Candidates should carry the required original documents along with photocopies as prescribed by ACPUGMEC.
Important Instructions for Candidates
ACPUGMEC has issued several instructions regarding the second-round registration process:
- The online PIN can be purchased through the official admission website.
- Candidates should complete online registration before the deadline.
- Document verification must be completed at the designated Help Center.
- Candidates should carry the required original documents and photocopies.
- Help Centers will operate from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and on Saturday, 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.
- Help Centers will remain closed on public holidays and Sundays.
- Candidates should regularly check the official ACPUGMEC website for further updates.
Instructions for Local Quota Candidates
Candidates seeking admission under the Local Quota of Smt. NHL Municipal Medical College, Ahmedabad, should fulfil the applicable eligibility requirements.
The notice also advises such candidates to provide the required local-quota documents and follow the specific instructions issued by the admission committee.
NRI Candidates
Separate instructions have also been provided for NRI candidates.
Candidates applying under the NRI category are required to submit the prescribed documents and follow the applicable procedure. Candidates should carefully check the official notification for details regarding the NRI registration and document requirements.
