The list, dated September 1, 2026, has been prepared after examination of grievances and records the candidates found eligible under the applicable Scouts & Guides priorities.

43 Candidates Included in Final Eligible List

The final list contains 43 eligible candidates under different Scouts & Guides achievement priorities. The candidates have been classified under categories such as Rajyapuraskar Award II, Tritiyasopan Award III, Dwitiyasopan Award IV and Prathamsopan Award V.

The list provides important candidate details, including:

  • Registration Number
  • NEET Rank
  • NEET Score
  • Candidate Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Category
  • Area
  • Scouts & Guides Category
  • Priority
  • Eligibility status

Priority-Wise Eligibility

The majority of candidates in the final list have been considered under Rajyapuraskar Award II, while other candidates have been included under Tritiyasopan Award III, Dwitiyasopan Award IV and Prathamsopan Award V, according to their submitted Scouts & Guides credentials.

The list begins with candidates under Rajyapuraskar Award II, with the first candidate having a NEET score of 522 and an All India NEET rank of 63,243.

Candidates under Tritiyasopan Award III include those with NEET scores ranging from 544 to 229, while the list also contains candidates under Dwitiyasopan Award IV and Prathamsopan Award V.

Final List Issued After Grievances

The notification specifically states that the list is the “Prioritywise Final List of Eligible Candidates under Scouts and Guides Category after Examination of Grievances.”

This follows the earlier provisional list released by Dr. NTRUHS for candidates under the Scouts & Guides category. The university’s notification records also show that a provisional list of eligible, not eligible and absent candidates under the category had been published earlier.

The final list therefore reflects the eligibility position after the grievances submitted by candidates were examined according to the applicable Government Order and guidelines.

Grievance Review Determines Eligibility

The grievance review conducted by the Bharat Scouts & Guides, Andhra Pradesh examined candidates’ certificates and the relevant provisions of the Government Order.

Among the cases reviewed, candidates whose certificates did not satisfy the prescribed requirements were found not eligible, while a candidate whose certificate contained the required dates and certificate number was found eligible under the applicable priority.

The review also clarified that completion of a Nipun Course alone does not constitute an eligibility criterion under the Scouts & Guides quota where the applicable Government Order does not recognize it as a qualifying achievement.

Candidates Should Check the Final List

Candidates who applied under the Scouts & Guides category should carefully check the final list for their registration number, NEET rank, score, category, area, priority and eligibility status.

Being included in the eligible list means that the candidate has been considered eligible under the relevant Scouts & Guides category; subsequent admission and seat allotment will remain subject to the applicable counselling rules, merit, seat availability and other eligibility requirements.

Candidates should continue to follow Dr. NTRUHS notifications for further updates regarding MBBS/BDS Competent Authority Quota counselling, web options and seat allotment.
