The schedule specifies the timelines for payment of the Part Academic Fee, submission of willingness for subsequent counselling rounds, online post-allotment document verification, printing of the provisional seat allotment and reporting at the allotted institute.

Part Academic Fee Payment
Candidates allotted a seat in Round 1 are required to pay the Part Academic Fee of ₹96,000 through Net Banking, Credit Card or Debit Card. Payment of the prescribed fee is mandatory for candidates to remain eligible for further rounds of online counselling.
The fee payment window will remain open until August 28, 2026, at 10:00 PM.
FLOAT/FREEZE Willingness
After Round 1 allotment, candidates must submit their willingness for subsequent rounds by selecting either FLOAT (Yes – Upgradation) or FREEZE (No – Upgradation), as applicable.
The willingness submission facility will remain available until August 28, 2026, at 11:00 PM.
Candidates should carefully select their option after considering whether they wish to participate in subsequent rounds for possible upgradation.
Online Document Verification
Candidates who have been allotted seats and have completed the required Part Academic Fee payment will undergo online post-allotment verification of documents by the University.
The verification process will be completed by August 30, 2026, up to 2:00 PM.
Candidates should ensure that all required documents are valid, complete and readily available for verification.
Printing of Provisional Seat Allotment
After successful document verification, candidates will be able to print their Provisional Seat Allotment from September 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
Candidates should retain the provisional allotment document for the subsequent admission and reporting process.
Reporting at Allotted Institute
Candidates allotted seats in Round 1 are required to report to their allotted institute from September 1 to September 3, 2026, up to 4:00 PM.
Reporting within the prescribed timeline is mandatory for seat confirmation and eligibility to participate in further counselling rounds.
