Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala has released the Second Phase Provisional Allotment List for MBBS and BDS courses under KEAM 2026. The provisional allotment was published on September 11, 2026, covering State Quota seats in government colleges and seats available in self-financing medical and dental colleges.
The official provisional allotment PDF contains 6,728 candidate allotments and runs to 218 pages. The list includes both MBBS and BDS allotments across government and self-financing institutions in Kerala. The final entry in the provisional list is at Sl. No. 6,728 and NEET/KEAM rank 33,152.

MBBS and BDS Second Phase Provisional Allotment
The provisional list includes candidates allotted seats in government medical colleges, government dental colleges and self-financing medical and dental colleges.
The allotment document provides details such as the candidate’s application number, rank, allotted college, course, candidate category, allotted category and option number.
Candidates can check their individual allotment details by searching their application number or rank in the official PDF.
Government Medical Colleges Included
The provisional list includes allotments to institutions such as:
- Government Medical College, Kozhikode
- Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram
- Government Medical College, Kottayam
- Government Medical College, Thrissur
- Government Medical College, Palakkad
- Other participating medical colleges
The list also includes MBBS allotments in several self-financing medical colleges.
BDS Colleges Included
The BDS allotments cover government and self-financing dental colleges, including institutions such as Government Dental College, Thiruvananthapuram; Government Dental College, Thrissur; Government Dental College, Alappuzha; Government Dental College, Kannur, and various private/self-financing dental colleges.

KEAM 2026 Round 2 Final Allotment on September 12
CEE Kerala’s schedule states that the Second Phase Final Allotment will be published on September 12, 2026, following the provisional allotment released on September 11.
Joining from September 14 to September 18
Candidates who receive an allotment in the second phase will have to take a printout of their allotment memo, pay the applicable fee or balance fee and join the allotted college.
The prescribed joining period is September 14, 2026 to September 18, 2026, up to 4:00 PM. College authorities will be required to approve and submit the list of admitted candidates through OAMS by September 18, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
Fee Payment Rules for Allotted Candidates
Candidates allotted seats in self-financing medical or dental colleges must pay the fee or balance fee mentioned in their allotment memo to the concerned college.
Candidates allotted seats in government medical or dental colleges are required to pay the complete applicable fee to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.
CEE Kerala has also clarified that the 2026-27 fee for self-financing medical and dental colleges had not yet been fixed at the time of the notification. Therefore, candidates allotted such seats are required to provisionally pay the fee applicable for the 2025-26 academic year and pay any balance later if the final 2026-27 fee is higher.
NRI Quota and Additional BDS Options
The second phase also includes an option registration facility for NRI quota seats in self-financing medical and dental colleges. Only candidates included in the NRI Category List published by CEE will be considered for NRI quota seats.
CEE has also provided an option registration facility for Azeezia College of Dental Sciences & Research, Kollam during this phase. The notification states that this facility will not be available in the subsequent phase.
