Office of the Commissioner Medical Education, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh has released the revised tentative schedule for Round 1 of MP State Combined NEET UG Counselling 2026 for admission to MBBS and BDS courses.
As per the revised schedule dated August 20, 2026, the Round 1 allotment result will be released on August 24, 2026. Candidates allotted seats will then have to complete reporting, document verification and admission formalities within the prescribed timeline.

Round 1 Seat Allotment Result on August 24
The MP NEET UG 2026 Round 1 allotment result is scheduled to be published on August 24, 2026. Candidates who are allotted MBBS or BDS seats will need to report in person at their respective allotted medical or dental college.
Reporting and Admission Until September 3
The reporting and admission process will begin on August 25 and continue until September 3, 2026, up to 6:00 PM. Candidates must complete the required document verification and admission formalities within this period.
Candidates who wish to resign or cancel their admission at the college level can do so online until September 3, 2026, up to 7:00 PM.
Upgradation Option Mandatory
The counselling authority has clarified that it is mandatory for all candidates to exercise the upgradation option (YES/NO) at the time of admission at the college level.
An admission slip will be generated after the candidate exercises the upgradation option. Candidates can also edit their upgradation preference through their candidate login until September 3, 2026, up to 11:55 PM.
Candidates are advised to carefully check the revised schedule and complete all admission-related activities within the specified deadlines.
