Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala has rescheduled the First Phase of State Counselling for MBBS/BDS admissions 2026. The revised schedule also provides an extended facility for option registration for 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats in private dental colleges in Kerala.
As per the revised MCC schedule, candidates can register, delete or rearrange their options through the CEE Kerala website until August 24, 2026, at 11:00 AM.

Option Registration Extended
Candidates who have not yet registered their options can submit new options during the extended window. Candidates who have already registered options can also change, delete or rearrange their options until the deadline.
The revised facility will remain available until 11:00 AM on August 24, 2026. The provisional allotment will be prepared based on the options received up to this deadline.
Candidates should carefully review their preferences and ensure that their final choices are submitted before the option-registration facility closes.
Provisional and Final Allotment Dates
The First Phase Provisional Allotment will be published on August 25, 2026, followed by the First Phase Final Allotment on August 27, 2026.
Candidates who receive MBBS/BDS allotments will have to remit the prescribed fee mentioned in their allotment memo and complete admission at the allotted institution between August 28 and September 5, 2026, up to 4:00 PM.
The allotted colleges must approve and submit the list of admitted candidates through OAMS by September 5, 2026, up to 5:00 PM.
15% AIQ Seats in Private Dental Colleges
The option-registration facility is also available for 15% All India Quota seats in self-financing private dental colleges, irrespective of domicile. The allotment to these seats will be subject to Government approval.
The Palakkad Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), Palakkad has also been included in the phase of allotment for MBBS courses. As per the notification, the annual fee proposed for MBBS at PIMS is ₹8,98,800 for General Category and ₹21,65,720 for NRI Category.
Candidates with Withheld Results
Candidates whose results have been withheld for various reasons may also register their online options for allotment. However, options submitted by such candidates will not be considered for allotment unless they produce the required documents to clear the defects and have their ranks released before 3:00 PM on August 23, 2026.
