Selection Committee, Directorate of Medical Education & Research (DMER), Tamil Nadu has released the Provisional List of Candidates Allotted under the MBBS/BDS Management Quota for the 2026–27 academic session. The allotment list is dated August 27, 2026, and covers candidates allotted seats through the Round 1 counselling process.
The official provisional allotment list contains 1,953 candidates and includes allotments for MBBS and BDS courses in participating self-financing medical and dental colleges under Management Quota, as well as applicable categories such as NRI, Minority Network, CMC Staff and other specified categories.

The provisional allotment document provides candidate-wise information including:

Candidates who participated in the Tamil Nadu NEET UG 2026 Management Quota counselling should carefully check the provisional list for their:

Since the list is provisional, candidates should also follow the admission instructions and deadlines issued by the Tamil Nadu Selection Committee for completing the next stage of the counselling process.

MBBS Management Quota Allotments
A substantial portion of the Round 1 list comprises MQ_MBBS (SF Colleges) allotments. Candidates have been allotted seats across several self-financing medical colleges in Tamil Nadu.
Among the institutions appearing in the list are Christian Medical College, Vellore; PSG Institute of Medical Sciences, Coimbatore; KMCH Institute of Health Sciences and Research, Coimbatore; Tagore Medical College and Hospital, Chennai; Panimalar Medical College Hospital & Research Institute, Chennai; Velammal Medical College Hospital and Research Institute, Madurai; Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Medical College and Hospital, Perambalur, and several other institutions.
For example, the top of the list includes a candidate with NEET score of 671 and General Rank 9, allotted to Christian Medical College, Vellore under MQ_MBBS. Other early allotments include candidates allotted under CMC General, Minority Network and CMC Staff categories.
BDS Allotments Also Included
The provisional list also contains MQ_BDS (SF Colleges) allotments for candidates admitted to participating private/self-financing dental colleges.
The list includes BDS allotments at institutions such as CSI College of Dental Sciences & Research, Madurai; Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Dental College, Perambalur; and Ragas Dental College & Hospital, Chennai, among others.
NRI and Other Categories
The document also contains a large number of NRI_MBBS (SF Colleges) allotments. The NRI category entries appear throughout the later part of the provisional list, with candidates allotted to various self-financing medical colleges across Tamil Nadu.
In addition, candidates have been allotted seats under specified minority categories, including Christian, Telugu and Malayalam Minority, wherever applicable.
