BFUHS Round 1 Provisional Seat Allocation

The revised list contains the following key details for each allotted candidate:

  • State Merit Number
  • Allotted Course
  • NEET Roll Number
  • Candidate Name
  • Gender
  • Father’s Name
  • Allotted College
  • Allotted Quota
  • Allotted Category

The first entries in the list include allotments to Dayanand Medical College and Hospital, Ludhiana; Government Medical College, Patiala; Government Medical College, Amritsar; Dr. B.R. Ambedkar State Institute of Medical Sciences, S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali); Guru Gobind Singh Medical College, Faridkot, and other participating institutions.

Revised List Issued After Objections

BFUHS stated that the revised provisional allocation has been published after consideration of objections received against the provisional allocation dated August 27, 2026. Therefore, candidates who participated in Round 1 should check the latest revised list rather than relying solely on the earlier allocation.

Candidates should search the PDF using their state merit number or NEET roll number and carefully verify their allotted college, course, quota and category.

Provisional Allocation Does Not Confirm Admission

BFUHS has clarified that the allocation is purely provisional. An allotted seat is subject to:

  • Verification and authentication of original documents/certificates
  • Fulfilment of prescribed eligibility conditions
  • Compliance with applicable rules, regulations and the prospectus
  • Government instructions governing the admission process

The mere provisional allocation of a seat does not confer an automatic right to claim admission to the allotted course or college.

The university has also reserved the right to correct, modify, withdraw or cancel any provisional allocation found to have been made erroneously or contrary to the applicable rules at any stage of the admission process.

Candidates Must Verify Their Allotment

Candidates should carefully check the revised allocation list and confirm whether their Round 1 allotment has changed after consideration of objections.

Candidates whose names appear in the revised list should follow the subsequent admission instructions issued by BFUHS and complete document verification and other required formalities within the prescribed schedule.

Candidates should also ensure that all information and documents submitted during counselling are accurate and valid. The university has stated that an allotment/admission can be cancelled if a candidate is found to have withheld, concealed or misrepresented material information or submitted false or misleading documents.
