The allotment has been prepared based on candidates’ NEET UG merit, options entered during counselling, applicable reservation rules and availability of seats.
MBBS Round 2 Provisional Allotment
Candidates who participated in Karnataka UGNEET 2026 Round 2 for medical courses can check the provisional MBBS allotment list through the official KEA PDF.
BDS Round 2 Provisional Allotment
Candidates who participated in Round 2 counselling for dental courses can check the provisional BDS allotment through the separate PDF released by KEA.
Choice-4 Facility for Candidates with MCC Allotment
KEA has also provided a Choice-4 exit facility for candidates who have received seats through both MCC and KEA counselling and wish to join their MCC-allotted seat.
The Choice-4 window is available from September 11, 2026, at 3:00 PM until September 14, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Candidates choosing this option will exit the KEA seat allotment process.
KEA to Conduct Revised Round 2 Allotment
The Round 2 result currently released is provisional. After candidates exercise Choice-4, KEA will re-run the second-round allotment for medical and dental seats that become available due to candidates exiting the KEA process.
The revised allotment will be prepared using the options already entered by candidates. No changes to the existing choices will be permitted during this re-run.
The final/revised Round 2 allotment result date has not yet been specified by KEA.
What Candidates Should Do After Round 2 Allotment
Candidates who have received an MBBS or BDS seat should carefully check their allotted college, course and other allotment details in the provisional result.
Candidates should also follow the subsequent KEA instructions regarding Choice-4, fee payment, admission order and reporting, wherever applicable. Candidates who have an MCC Round 2 seat and prefer that seat should ensure that they exercise Choice-4 within the prescribed deadline.
