AMRU has clarified that the seat allocation is provisional and indicative in nature and may be changed.
Candidates cannot claim a right over the allotted seat solely on the basis of the provisional merit or allocation list. The provisional allocation also does not confer a final right to admission.
The final eligibility and category claims will be subject to verification and approval by the Admission Committee of the concerned institute.
Reserved Category Candidates Must Verify Documents
Candidates who have claimed benefits under any reserved category or quota have been advised to ensure that their certificates and supporting documents are:
- Valid
- Updated
- In the prescribed format
- Submitted as required under the prospectus
AMRU has warned that candidates may lose the benefit of the respective category or quota in case of an outdated, invalid or missing certificate/document.
Candidates Should Wait for Final Seat Allocation
AMRU has specifically advised candidates not to approach the allotted college/institute merely on the basis of the revised provisional list.
Candidates should approach the allotted institution only after the Final Seat Allocation List is released and after downloading the provisional allotment letter from their candidate login.
The university has also clarified that admission will not be considered without seat allocation from AMRU.
