The university has published the MBBS Second Phase allotment list under the Competent Authority Quota and the MBBS/BDS First Phase allotment list under the Management Quota on September 15, 2026. Both notifications are listed on the official KNRUHS admission notification portal.

MBBS Second Phase Allotment Under Competent Authority Quota
KNRUHS has released the college-wise allotment list for MBBS admissions under the Competent Authority Quota in the second phase of counselling.
The allotment document provides details including the candidate’s NEET rank, roll number, name, category, gender and allotment details. The list is arranged college-wise, covering participating medical colleges in Telangana.
For example, the allotment list includes candidates assigned to institutions such as Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad and Gandhi Medical College, Secunderabad, among other participating colleges.
The official document also records different allotment categories and reservation-related codes, including Open, EWS, BCA, BCB, BCD, SC, ST and other applicable categories.
MBBS Competent Authority Quota Reporting Deadline
Candidates allotted an MBBS seat under the Second Phase of the Competent Authority Quota must report to their allotted college by September 19, 2026, up to 4:00 PM.
KNRUHS has also stated that the academic session commences from September 15, 2026, as per the MCC schedule.
Management Quota Phase 1 Allotment for MBBS & BDS
KNRUHS has also released the college-wise allotment list for MBBS and BDS admissions under the Management Quota for the First Phase of counselling.
The list contains candidate-wise allotment information across participating institutions. The allotment document includes details such as NEET rank, roll number, candidate name, category, gender, quota and allotted category.
The Management Quota allotment list includes various categories such as Competent-to-Board/University-related allotment categories, NRI-related allotments and other applicable management quota categories, as reflected in the official list.
Management Quota Reporting Deadline
Candidates allotted MBBS or BDS seats under the Management Quota First Phase must complete reporting at their allotted college by September 19, 2026, up to 6:00 PM.
KNRUHS has specified that the academic session commences from September 15, 2026, as per the MCC schedule.
