Haryana NEET UG 2026: Revised Tentative Seat Matrix Released

Directorate of Medical Education & Research (DMER), Haryana has released the Revised Tentative Seat Matrix for MBBS and BDS courses for the academic session 2026–27.

The seat matrix covers Government, Government-Aided and Private Medical and Dental Educational Institutions in Haryana, including institutions under specified private universities. The revised matrix reflects the total seats available as on August 31, 2026.

3,032 MBBS/BDS Seats Included

According to the revised tentative seat matrix, a total of 3,032 seats are listed across the participating institutions and applicable categories. The matrix includes MBBS and BDS seats distributed across Open, OSC, SC Deprived, BCA, BCB, EWS, NRI, Management and Minority categories, along with applicable PwBD and ESM/FF sub-categories.

MBBS Seat Distribution Across Haryana Colleges

The revised matrix includes MBBS seats in both Government and Private Medical Colleges.

Among the Government institutions, Pt. B.D. Sharma PGIMS, Rohtak has a total of 212 MBBS seats, while Bhagat Phool Singh Government Medical College for Women, Khanpur Kalan and Shaheed Hasan Khan Mewati Government Medical College, Nalhar have 102 seats each. Kalpana Chawla Government Medical College, Karnal also has 102 MBBS seats listed.

Maharaja Agrasen Medical College, Agroha has 100 seats, while ESIC Medical College, NIT, Faridabad has 75 seats in the matrix. Sh. Atal Bihari Vajpayee Government Medical College, Chhainsa and Maharishi Chyawan Government Medical College, Koriawas have 85 seats each.

Private Medical Colleges Also Included

The revised matrix also covers several private medical institutions, including:

  • Adesh Medical College & Hospital, Shahbad (M), Kurukshetra – 250 MBBS seats
  • NC Medical College & Hospital, Israna, Panipat – 250 seats
  • World College of Medical Sciences and Research, Jhajjar – 250 seats
  • Faculty of Medicine & Health Sciences, SGT University, Gurugram – 200 seats
  • Maharishi Markandeshwar College of Medical Sciences and Research, Sadhopur, Ambala – 200 seats
  • Al-Falah School of Medical Science & Research Centre, Faridabad – 200 seats
  • Sanskaram School of Medical Sciences, Jhajjar – 100 seats

BDS Seats Included in the Matrix

The revised matrix also includes BDS seats at participating dental colleges.

PGIDS, Rohtak has 35 BDS seats listed, while Jan Nayak Ch. Devi Lal Dental College, Sirsa has 100 seats. J.N. Kapoor, D.A.V. Centenary Dental College, Yamunanagar, Swami Devi Dayal Hospital & Dental College, Panchkula, Sudha Rustagi College of Dental Sciences & Research, Faridabad, Yamuna Institute of Dental Sciences & Research, Yamunanagar, and SGT Dental College, Gurugram are also included.

Seat Matrix Subject to Changes

DMER Haryana has clearly stated that the seat matrix is revised and tentative. Any further change in the available seats will be uploaded before the actual allocation of seats.

The authority has also advised candidates to fill the maximum possible number of choices during the counselling process so that they can be considered for available seats according to their merit, eligibility and applicable rules.

One of the listed seat figures is subject to the final outcome of CWP No. 30532 of 2025 before the Punjab & Haryana High Court. The matrix notes that an interim order permitted admission of an additional 50 students, making the relevant seat count subject to the court proceedings.
