Who Can Surrender Their Round 1 Seat?
The notice is specifically for candidates who have been admitted through the first round of Chhattisgarh State NEET UG 2026 counselling and now wish to cancel or surrender their admission obtained through the state counselling process.
Such candidates can use the Seat Resign Portal / Seat Withdrawal Portal during the notified period.
Candidates who wish to resign from their allotted seat must also complete the prescribed resignation process at their admitted institution within the given timeline.

The online facility for seat resignation/withdrawal will become available from 07 September 2026 at 2:30 PM
The portal will remain available until 10 September 2026 at 12:00 Noon
Both timings are mentioned as Server Time in the official notice. Candidates should therefore avoid waiting until the last moment and complete the process well before the deadline.
Candidates Must Complete the Process at Their College
